Cecilia's artistic practice utilizes natural materials like wool from sheep and goats, sometimes incorporating plant fibers and silk fabrics.
She aims to connect individuals with the science of wool, explore the history and techniques of felting, and promote the creation of decorative yet functional felted artwork.
Her work involves various felting techniques including needle felting, wet felting, nuno felting, and shibori felting.
Beyond her teaching artistry, Cecilia Ho also offers custom decorative wearable fiber arts & DIY kits.
K-12 Education
Offering felting fiber arts integration units for grades K4-12 across SC, including collaborations with Greenville County School teachers through the SmartARTS program.
Teacher Professional Development
Providing opportunities for educators to learn about felting and its integration into various subjects like Social Studies, Math, ELA, Science, and Visual Arts.
Workshops for All ages (4-80s)
Hosting recreational felting workshops for children, adults and seniors, and hands-on collaborative projects at community events.

Traveling to different art education conferences (ie PSAE, SCAEA) and fiber arts conferences (ie SAFF, HGA) across the USA to provide her expertise in felting and fiber arts integration education.

still need to be handled with care. Small felted attachments can be
ripped off or damaged by strong tugs. Any products decorated with
